Team Building Ireland – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a €100 non-refundable booking fee within 7 days of the booking confirmation email, unless otherwise agreed. The remaining balance can be settled according to one of the following payment options:
• Option 1 – Booking Fee & 30 Days Credit
• €100 non-refundable booking fee payable within 7 days of booking.
• Remaining balance due within 30 days after the event.
• Option 2 – Full Payment
• Full payment required no later than 14 days before the event.
Please confirm which payment option your accounts department will be using at the time of booking. Invoices will be issued under Artistic Belle Ltd, and payment details are shown at the bottom of the invoice.

2. Payment Methods
Payments can be made by:
• Revolut Transfer
1. Open your Revolut app.
2. Tap Send → New → Add a Bank Recipient.
3. Enter the bank details provided on your invoice.
• Bank Transfer
Use the bank account details on your invoice to complete the transfer.
Please include your booking reference as the payment reference for all transfers.

3. Cancellations & Changes
• The €100 booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Any cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the total booking amount.
• Changes to bookings (date, location, participant numbers) must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and approval by Artistic Belle Ltd.
• Once confirmed, changes may not be possible at a later date.

4. Participant Responsibilities
Participants must follow all instructions provided by facilitators to ensure safety and enjoyment for everyone. Artistic Belle Ltd reserves the right to remove any participant behaving in a manner deemed unsafe or disruptive.

5. Liability
Artistic Belle Ltd TA Team Building Ireland will take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment but accepts no liability for personal injury or loss of property unless caused by proven negligence.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all participants are physically fit and able to participate in the activities.

6. Force Majeure
Artistic Belle Ltd TA Team Building Ireland is not liable for cancellation or alteration of the event due to circumstances beyond its control (including but not limited to weather, illness, transport disruption, or government restrictions). In such cases, we will offer an alternative date where possible.

7. Agreement
By confirming a booking and/or making payment, the client agrees to the above Terms & Conditions.
